Prior to establishing Prime Legal, CJ served as an Administrative Tax Law Judge with the Washington State Board of Tax Appeals. His experience on the bench provided him with a strong understanding of dispute resolution and a calm, solutions-oriented approach—qualities that continue to benefit his clients today. As a former licensed real estate broker, CJ also brings valuable insight into Washington’s property and escrow processes.
