Cathy Gallagher

Cathy has over 20 years’ experience in the Mason County Clerk office. She has worked closely with diverse counsel and judges during lengthy trials, to include criminal, domestic and civil. She is comfortable assisting members of the public and supporting other staff. Along with court proceedings and related duties, Cathy has experience in general office administration such as scheduling meetings, email/phone communications, and creating and maintaining files, and is known for her diligence, accuracy and punctuality.

Prior to working for the County, Cathy worked for a local land/timber office for five years as an administrative assistant. Cathy has lived in Shelton for 48 years and is married to Ross Gallagher since 1979, raising their two children in Shelton. She enjoys living in downtown Shelton with most things within walking distance. In their spare time, Cathy and Ross spend time enjoying their dogs and the outdoors, and have recently taken up hiking and kayaking.
